 1) Goals help to stay motivated. It is important to us to set goals because goals will help us to stay motivated. This is because,  goals help to motivate yourself in realizing what we want to achieve in life. For example, a student will strive and learn in a smart way to achieve a good result in the examination. When a student want to get a good result they will strive and learn with full of heart which will lead them to get an excellent result. The motivation that exist in their mind will shift the way of thinking from being lazy or having negative thoughts  to become a diligent person. Besides, goals give you hope and something to aspire.
